Payment:

For items paid for in and shipped to the United States: For your convenience we accept a variety of payment options during our secure checkout process. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Money Order, wire or PayPal. We cannot accept direct PayPal payments, only those made through our secure online checkout. If paying by PayPal, we only ship to the address verified or confirmed by PayPal. We are sorry but we are no longer able to accept checks.

Montana 4 Me has its own merchant account and will process your Visa/MasterCard or Discover Card submitted through the Vendio system. Credit card orders must have a confirmed billing address. For transactions exceeding $500 including shipping or for shipments to other than the confirmed billing address we require the buyer to sign our credit card authorization form and return it to us by fax, mail or email (scanned or PDF). You can download the PDF file HERE or we can fax or email the form to you.

For items paid for and shipped to Canada and United Kingdom: For your convenience, we accept PayPal. If you are from Canada, you may also use your credit card. Please call as our online credit card verification system will not process non-US cards.

For items paid for and shipped internationally other than Canada and the United Kingdom: For your convenience we accept payments by wire ($10 fee applies), Auctionchex, and international postal money order. If you have established a relationship with us by repeated successful transactions and your order total is less than $200, we may be able to accept a PayPal payment. Please email for final confirmation prior to purchase. We are sorry but we cannot accept international credit cards for payments.


Shipping Terms:

We ship worldwide. Your order will be professionally packed in sturdy boxes to ensure your items arrives quickly and safely. Packages are shipped with United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). We also offer the following services:

* Free package tracking via UPS or delivery confirmation by USPS
* Free order insurance via UPS and USPS
* USPS shipping to P.O. Box, AK/HI and APO/FPO addresses.
* Faster shipping for additional fees. Please contact us prior to completing the checkout

Please be aware of the following restrictions: We are sorry but we cannot ship on your account nor can we offer shipping by FedEx. Items shipped by USPS other than Express Mail cannot be tracked.

International Shipments: It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any additional duty taxes or customs fees. We are not responsible for customs fees associated with international delivery of our items. Please be aware that we do not understate the value of items nor do we ship merchandise as gifts or samples. All international orders are marked as merchandise, and reflect the actual item and shipping costs for customs.

All shipments: The rate quoted is our best estimate for the most appropriate shipping method for your order. We will make every effort to ship your item for this amount. We will contact you if :

* The amount quoted is only enough for surface shipping, or
* The item once packed cannot be shipped by USPS and a courier service must be used.

In these circumstances, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping or refund any payment received and cancel the transaction.


Sale Terms:

We do not warranty compatibility. Nor are we responsible for any assumptions made by a buyer about a product. You are responsible for checking with us prior to sale. We make every effort to research the functionality of the products we sell and accurately report what we find. However, we are not responsible for typographical errors. In the unlikely event that an item's description contains an error such as a contradiction, please let us know and we will promptly correct it. We are sorry but we cannot construe any errors in a buyer's favor AFTER the sale.

It is every buyer's responsibility to independently verify that the product offered here is suitable for the purposes the buyer intends for the item.


Customer Service/Returns Policy:

We want you to be happy with your item so our items are sold with a DOA warranty unless specifically noted in the item. Additionally, some items are covered by manufacturer's warranty. This means if the item is Dead on Arrival, we will replace or refund the item at our discretion. DOA means that the item fails to function in its primary purpose, e.g., a computer will not power up when switched on. The DOA warranty provides you 30 days to inspect the item to see that it performs as described. If you encounter a problem during the inspection period, please contact us by email providing the order number and a description of the problem. One of our technicians will reply to your email and attempt to resolve the problem. If necessary, the technician will issue a return merchant authorization number if a return is required. In the unlikely event that you do not receive an email reply within 24hours during weekdays, please call us to confirm we received your DOA report. We are sorry, we cannot accept initial DOA reports by phone, we want you and us both to have a record of your report.

In the event that a return is required, we will test and diagnose the item. If we find the item is defective, we will attempt to repair or replace the item. If we are unable to fix or replace the item, merchandise credit or refund of the item cost will be issued. Shipping cost is not refundable. If our testing shows the item to be functional and as described, the item will be returned to you at your expense or merchandise credit (no restocking fee) or refund (20% restocking fee) will be issued. You are responsible for the shipping to return an item. Under no circumstances will the shipping cost you paid be refunded.
